This Digital Product Purchase Policy ("Policy") constitutes an agreement between BEEWELL INSPIRED LC ("Company") and you ("Customer") regarding the purchase and use of all digital products and services, including coaching programs, membership access, and downloadable content ("Products"). By purchasing a Product from the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)
Licensing and Usage: Upon purchase, the Company grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights. The Customer is not permitted to share, sell, rent, or distribute the Product to any third party.
Intellectual Property: The Products, including all written content, audio recordings, video content, and any other materials, are the sole property of the Company and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.
2. Return and Refund Policy
Final Sales: Due to the digital nature of our Products, which are considered "used" upon download or access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refund Exceptions: The Company reserves the right to grant a refund in rare cases, such as a technical error that prevents the Customer from accessing the Product. To request a refund, the Customer must submit a request in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the purchase date, detailing the issue. The Company will investigate the claim and, if verified, may issue a refund in its sole discretion.
Immediate Access: Upon completion of a purchase, the Customer will receive immediate access to the Product. This may include a link to a digital download, access to a member's area, or a confirmation email with further instructions.
No Physical Return: As our Products are digital, they cannot be physically returned. The Customer retains the Product after purchase, regardless of any refund requests or granted exceptions.
5. Service and Scheduling Policy
Payment for all Coaching Sessions must be received in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule a prescheduled Coaching Session, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiture of the session.
6. Customer Account Responsibility
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activities that occur under their account. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Customer's failure to maintain the security of their account.
7. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate the Customer's access to the Products at its sole discretion, without notice or refund, for any material breach of this Policy, including but not limited to unauthorized sharing or distribution of the Products.
8. Disclaimer on Results
The Company makes no guarantees regarding the results of any coaching program or digital product. The Customer's success is dependent on a variety of factors, including their own efforts and circumstances. The Customer understands that results may vary from person to person.
9. General Provisions
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from this Policy or the purchase of Products shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration clause outlined in the Company's Website Terms of Use.
